Like Joshua, Campus Renewal Ministries is interested in intimately knowing the land we are trying to reach. Our 2:1 Expeditions do the legwork of establishing meaningful and productive relationships with campus ministers and students who have a passion to see their campus transformed by the power of Jesus. Our 2:1 Expeditions have two goals on each campus they visit: explore and connect.

Every campus is different, and as such, every campus has its own unique spiritual climate and challenges. Our 2:1 Expeditions' first priority is to determine these challenges and what is currently happening on campus to face them. Once an expedition team arrives on a campus, their first objective is to find the key leaders who have a passion for unity or who are already working towards unity on their campus. These leaders usually provide key information, and they can help support the team's mission on the campus. In addition to providing information and support, these leaders are usually the first connection point.

When our 2:1 Expeditions make a connection, they are developing a relationship. Their goal is to not just connect campus ministers with each other, but to connect the entire campus unity movement to the national network of ambassadors, staff, and prayer provided by Campus Renewal Ministries. The goal of CRM is to provide top-notch support and encouragement to unity leaders at campuses all over the nation.
